Badminton Sessions – Update September 2020

Pangbourne College have now advised that they will not be re-opening their sports facilities to the public for the remainder of 2020. They will reassess the situation in January 2021.

As members are already aware, the club have managed to book some courts at Bradfield College for the next few weeks. The number of players able to take part in these situations is limited and these sessions are currently open to existing members only.

Badminton Sessions – Update August 2020

Unfortunately, due to uncertainty surrounding the current Covid 19 situation and to ensure they have a safe environment for their pupils, Pangbourne College have taken the decision not to reopen their sporting facilities to the public in September.

The college are going to reassess the possibility of opening them at the earliest after October half term which will mean no badminton sessions until at least the beginning of November.

Badminton Sessions – Update

We are not expecting to re-start sessions at Pangbourne College until September.

The current Covid-19 restrictions have now been extended until at least the first week of May and the club would normally only have access to the hall until the end of May anyway.

At this time we are working to a provisional date of Monday 7th September for the start of our autumn term sessions. Confirmation of this will be published as soon as it is available.

For those members who had already paid in full for the spring term, a pro-rata credit will be carried forward to the autumn term fees .

Last session before Christmas

Monday 9th December will be the last badminton session at Pangbourne College until the New Year.

Our regular sessions will re-start on Monday 6th January at 7:30pm and will be just the thing to burn off a few calories and beat the winter blues.
